There are 2 possibilities why your login doesn't work:
1)You haven`t confirmed your registration.
If you have registered recently and you haven't yet received or confirmed the link which was sent to your email you cannot login. To verify if your registration is confirmed, click the link “forgot your password?” and enter your email address. If a notice appears that this email address already exists in the system then you have to wait 24h until the system will automatically delete the unconfirmed registration data.
Please note that sometimes the confirmation link is regarded as spam by a few free email providers. It's recommended to check your spam folder if you haven't received any confirmation mail from us.
2)You are typing the wrong email address or password. Remember that all letters in your email and password should be the same as how you typed them in your registration form. In case you forgot how you typed your data click the link “Forgot your password?” and enter your email. After entering the email, the system will automatically send you a new password. After you receive the mail, copy your new password and your email address to the front page and log in.
If you want to change your password later, click on “my profile” in the upper right corner and change it.
How can I change my password?
To change your password please login to frype.com and click on the link “my profile”. Then click on the link “change password” and change your password. In the first field type the password you logged in with and in the next two fields your new password.
How can I confirm a friendship?
If you have received an invitation in your email you have to login to frype.com and click on the link “invitations”. If there is no new received invitation displayed, then the invitation didn't go to the same email address as you registered on frype.com.
How can I cancel a friendship?
If you would like to end a friendship, click on the friend's profile and on the left side you`ll see the link “cancel friendship”. Click on it and the friendship will be canceled immediately.
