Excellent value for the budget traveller (Solo traveler, UK)

This is a great little hotel located in a quiet street - modern rooms with comfortable bed and well-spec'd ensuite shower room. The only things wrong with this hotel are that there is no lift, and its location - it's in a residential district (on the edge of Moscow suburb), and is a 20 minute walk from the Old Town. Previous reviewers have said they felt unsafe in the area, but it's not that bad - it just looks a but run-down, and I'm sure that it's safer than most other European cities. Paste the hotel's address into a mapping web site and print a map before you go. If you travel light, then this hotel is excellent value for those on a budget.
