If you ever rode a bike before, you fell and you failed before you were ever able to ride it. you had an incessant vigor to keep trying at it again and again because you believed in yourself and were determined to eventually overcome all obstacles. The same goes with fitness. Change will come when you believe in yourself and you start doing things with the proper methodology.
