D-JAK - IRELAND
D-JAK Pig House DJ got into music at the early age of 9, when he learned to play the Acordian & Piano in a rural part of Ireland.
Music was always a huge part of his life but when he moved to London in the early 90's he encountered an underground house scene that would impact the rest of his life.
In the late 90's D-JAK headed to America to Miami & then on to Atlanta.When D-JAK returned to Ireland in the year 2000 he finally bought a set of 1210's with his brother & the DJ career started.A bunch of friends would get together in The Pig House on D-JAK's home farm, where the Decks were spun on a regular occasion. The group became know as the Pig House DJs, The Pig House crew started throwing outdoor Raves in the woods & at the beech.
D-JAK got his 1st Club residency in Ireland @ Carnival 2001, which found him playing host to great DJ's such as Warren K, Billy Nasty,808 state, Podge, Johnny Moy , Mr C (The Shamen) , Justin Robertson, Robbie Butler, Ray C.
In 2003/2004 D-JAK started promoting EDM parties with the Pig House Crew, holding them in different venues around the south east of Ireland.
D-JAK also guest DJ @ various clubs such as The Music Factory Carlow & Wexford, where Guest DJ's like K Klass, Judge Jules, Mauro Picotto have played on the decks.
In 2005 D-JAK moved to Canada. Arriving in Canada D-JAK entered him self in a DJ competition in which he got runner up & recognition on theToronto scene.From this he landed a residency with House Nation @ Club Rival playing with some great Toronto DJ's like DJ Ampz, Jello, John Glassy, Arron Joseph, Ian Gnomes, Matt Shaffer, Sydney Blue.
He also played in various Club's in other cities in Ontario, CA.
2006 saw D-JAK first get into the production of EDM, spendind hours upon hours engrossed in beats,2006 also saw the start of Pig House radio on CKMS 103FM Waterloo where D-JAk hosted his own house Music show live on Air,The show aired every friday nite for 2years until
